The holidays are rapidly approaching and if you’re anything like me, you’re Christmas shopping includes asking everyone what everyone else wants. But, if you have a fitness junkie in your life then you are in luck. These are some great fitness gifts that will surely will put a smile on their face.

A little expensive, but not much more than having to buy a set of dumbbells for all the different weights available on the Bowflex. Plus it’s a huge space-saver in a home gym with limited space.

8. Generation Iron DVD – $7.99
Great movie from the makers of the original Pumping Iron with Arnold! If you have a friend who is into bodybuilding, they will definitely enjoy this flick.

Wires a huge pain when working out and these earbuds don’t have them! They do a pretty good job of staying in place during high levels of activity.
